At Depromart, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (India): 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value — details will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Depromart is not responsible for these charges.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Depromart is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Delays & Force Majeure We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, courier delays, customs clearance, or supplier issues.
